Returns & Exchanges Policy
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. However, postage and packing costs are non refundable. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Earrings are exempt from the returns policy and are non refundable.

Items bought on clearance may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted.
Masks are non-returnable

All items must be unworn and unwashed in original condition.
Store credit will be issued for returns received after 21 days
For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for payment to reflected in your account.
For PayPal payments, please allow 1-2 business days for payment to be reflected, back into your account.
We accept exchanges within 45 days after your order was delivered to you.
If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit. No refunds, no exceptions.
Only 2 exchanges will be allowed per order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds and exchanges within 21 days for EU orders and 30 days for US and International orders after your order has been delivered. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 21 days.

Please send your items to the address listed below. Please include your order number and a brief description of what you would like returned or exchanged. Be sure to get a tracking number for your records.
Allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return once it has been delivered.
Altered items are not returnable.
In the instance that carrier tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with the carrier. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
